A pair of handmade birch adjustable exercise rings (28 and 32mm options) with 1 pair black nylon straps (25 and 38mm options). The wood ring gives a more natural grip than plastic or metal rings. A smooth, double coated finish for long lasting durability.
The length on the straps can be adjusted and have solid cam lock buckles. Ideal for body weight exercises at home or gym. High bearing capacity up to 400kg.

We recommend 32mm ring diameter and 38mm nylon straps for most customers. For those with smaller hands, the 28mm ring diameter can be a better fit. When traveling with limited packing space, the 25mm nylon straps can be a better option .
